A wonderful, dedicated, and loyal friend and associate. Her positive, bubbly personality made all who interacted with her feel better.

Mrs. Dresner was a fabulous teacher, I had her in the 6th grade at Marieville School. I saw her over 25 years later and she still knew who I was. I will always remember how caring she was with all of her students and her passion for her job. May you rest in peace with Mr. "D", as we called in in Jr. High.

Mrs. Dresner was my 6th grade teacher at Marieville School. Many years later, some 30 years later, I was a practicum student in her 5th grade class and she looked at me and said, "I know the face, what's your maiden name." When I told her she proceeded to rattle off names of the students from my class. I still don't know how she remembered everyone's names. RIP to an amazing teacher.

I was a nervous, raw rookie when I started at Marieville School. I walked down to my assigned fifth grade classroom, and there you were ready and excited to meet and greet me. I was touched by the way you readily took me under your wing. That was you in your truest form. Gently making those around you comfortable. Thank you for your years of friendship, the laughter and tears, and all the kindness to the entire Annese family.
God must have a very long list of all the good you did for so many. Rest in Peace, my friend.

Merle Dresner, Merley Pearly, was the absolute best human in the whole galaxy. Even though I only thought of her as a grandma, she acted like a grandma to me. We “stole” a green and yellow basket. Miss you and love you always.

Merle I know you loved the song you are my sunshine, know you were everyone’s sunshine. I will continue to practice but I still don’t remember all the words like you did. Rest in Peace

Merle, I have just learned of your passing. Unfortunately your illness took you away from me, but your sensitive, caring, and loving nature are the fabric of the memories of you that I will cherish forever. I will never forget you cousin Merle.
