Growing up Buzza was a big part of my life. She was so funny, just like the rest of the Gauls. I will always remember Buzza. My condolences to the family. May she rest peacefully.

Wow, I often asked about "Buzza"...she and I were the only two females that was always picked by the men's baseball, softball teams a the long gone "Bates Street Playground". Someone commented on her sense of humor. That would be an understatement. We also played on the girls' basketball team at the (long gone) Benefit Street Center! Mrs. Murphy coached us and trust me Buzza would have us on the floor with comments she made! Murph would be wild with Buzza's comments of course made under her breath!

Of course we were reared on the old East Side of Providence with tons of memories of all the families that lived there! She was amid one of her many siblings that was glib!

To her daughter and remaining family members I send my most sincere sympathy in the loss of Gloria "Buzza" both as a childhood friend and a true back in the day, Eastsider. May she rest in eternal peace.
