I did not know Jeff very well, but each time I was in his presence, whether at URI or in Pawtucket with mutual friends, he was always warm, friendly and behaved as if we knew each other a lifetime. I admired how he cared for and celebrated his Goddaughter and friends. He was clearly special and my heart is with all those hurting in his absence. God Bless your spirit Foreman!
