To all of Charlie's family and friends, I send my love and condolences. I first knew him as Charlie the Cop when I was a teenager hanging out at Autumnfest. Later in life, he was my mom's neighbor at Forand Manor. He was a good man and his loss is very sad. Rest easy Charlie!
