I watched Billy grow up and become a man to be respected and admired; from the boy who always had a smile to a man who always offered a hand. I loved Billy! Driving by Cranston and Dexter will never be the same for me. Billy talked politics and community on that corner and Praise God-He accepted Jesus on that corner! It helps me (and I hope you also) to know I will see him again one day. Ecc 7:1 says: A good name is better than fine perfume.

I remember when I first met him 11 years ago, I was working at my Aunt's Shop. He had the Prettiest eyes, greatest smile with the kindest heart. Every Christmas he would dress up as Santa and stand outside taking pictures with kids and making everyone smile!! He never forgot a face...Words can not express how greatly he will be missed. Billy...I can't believe your really gone. It's been one month and it seems like a horrible nightmare. I will never forget the feeling I had when I got the horrible news. The ride I took to the hospital to view your body was the worst ride of my life. I never wanted to see you like that. You were always more of a father to me than my biological one.There was never a time when you never looked out for me. You bought me my first bike to my first car. You were always there. I was too young to have seen you play your beautiful music in person, but I came to know and love your artistry and gifts as an amazing singer, songwriter, lyricist, musician, guitarist..and artist.
