Marcus and I were friends growing up. He was always fun to be around and I will miss him. It was a pleasure to have been his friend.

Marcus, i am sorry you went through so much pain. I remember the good times we had as friends, the long debates about everything you can think of,watching countless episodes of the Price Is Right, the fun we had as kids, teenagers and as adults. You are at peace now my friend in pain no longer. I will miss you greatly. You are with your mum and dad and we will see each other again. God bless you my buddy. Tom Newell

Dear Brooke,
I was very sorry to hear about Marcus. I have many great memories of growing up with you guys! I still tell my kids about the movies we used to make and about the cat named Tootsie...I always laugh..Remeber walking down the street to the penny candy store? I remember Marcus jumped off a rather high hill thinking he could fly....he broke his leg! your mom was so he was always making us laugh...often think about you both and sorry that time has gotten away from us. I loved Mom and Dad. They gave my first flake bar.
I dont usually send condolences on line but have no other way to get in touch with you.
Please know that I send deepest sympathy to you.
Sincerely,
Maryann Shea McQuade

Though it has been years since I have seen Marcus, I can still recall the memories that we shared while growing up as if it was yesterday. Like Hans Christian Andersen once stated, I truly believe that a human life is a story told by God. I know that Marcus's story has not ended but instead is forever captured in our memories and hearts. It is a story that will be remembered and lived through our daily lives. Marcus, may you rest in peace and enjoy the glories of heaven. With love and sympathy,

John Lennon said, "Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans.". It had been too many years since I last saw you. You will live on an eternity in the hearts and minds of everyone you touched. Thank you for sharing.
From a book of old Celtic Blessings:
May the Blessing of Light Be on You
May the blessed sunlight shine on you
like a great peat fire,
so that strangers and friends may come
and warm themselves at it.
And may light shine out of the two eyes of you,
like a candle set in the window of a house,
bidding the wanderer come in out of the storm.
And may the blessing of the rain be on you,
may it beat upon your Spirit
and wash it fair and clean,
and leave there a shining pool
where the blue of Heaven shines,
and sometimes a star.
And may the blessing of the earth be on you,
soft under your feet as you pass along the roads,
soft under you as you lie out on it,
tired at the end of day;
and may it rest easy over you
when, at last, you lie out under it.
May it rest so lightly over you
that your soul may be out
from under it quickly;
up and off and on its way to Heaven.
And now may Spirit bless you,
and bless you kindly.

I'll always remember Marcus as a sensitive, good hearted soul, with an unusual curiosity in the world around him. May he rest in peace.

Brooke, there is always a void left when someone passes. The moment will come. Do not fight it and many things will be clear.
after all you are the last branch on this part of the family bush...give my best to all.
bottom line Family is Family
