Dearest Tammy and Family,
I had the honor and privilege of caring for Mike’s eye care over the past year. He radiated light, hope, compassion and strength. He spoke with such love and deep admiration of you and his beloved children. He was optimistic and faithful and inspired me with his zest for life despite the difficult diagnosis. I send my deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences to all of you. His spirit will live on in all of you. I didn’t see him returning for follow up care and looked up his name and was so saddened to hear of his passing. He truly was a warrior and his legacy will carry on in all of you.
