Bob was a kind person and a great engineer. We built a lot of great stuff together, some of which is still out there, in outer space. I have nothing but fond memories of him. He will be missed.

Bob was a second father to me, from college throughout my career, and a great friend. He provided me numerous lessons, both in engineering and in life, that still guide me to this day.

My first memory of my cousin Robert was the he and Lewis were visiting our house on Pond Street. They were showing my brother Mark and I how to tie our Navy outfit's tie for our school class photos. I was in second grade at the time. Throughout the years when family got together Robert was always smiling, telling stories and later with Sandi raised seven wonderful children who now have families and all have loved Robert as he has loved them. He will me missed but his wit, smile and laugh will always be with us.
