Jeannine and I met 4 years ago when I moved from MA to RI. Her Apt was 5 down from ours. Our’s as in myself and my dog Boo who fell in love with her on first sight. I did too. I used to tease that she had the mischief Cheshire Cat smile. So beautiful. We shared a love of liver and onions, as well as flea markets and Holiday Bazaars. I loved listening to her stories of dancing, working with her Dad weaving and others involving siblings and friends. I will miss this one- of- a- kind lady so much. Jeannine made my dog a pillow and crate cover. He’s on that pillow everyday. She knitted booties for so many here and I have beautiful pot holders she made. She was so giving of her time and love. My dog and I were always visiting down the hall and I would turn my head away as together they embarked on cheese and ritz crackers. I have a video of him telling her he loves her. I brought it to her to hear at LifeCare when I visited with our close friend Jackie Lebeau. One thing, there are many, that will keep me smiling when I think of her is that she’s with those she loves that have passed before her and she’s kicking up her heels. I love you Jeannine and will miss you greatly. I hope your family, all your love ones, find peace with your arrival at home to God Almighty.
