I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to Karen and all of the Silva family. Julio was a good person and he always had a great smile for everyone that he met. He was a former Snubs employee and always did a good job of connecting with the community in order keep the peace and diffuse possible confrontations. He was a valuable member of my staff at all times and had the respect of the community. I'm sure that Julio will be surely missed by anyone who knew him. May he rest in peace with our Lord.
