Pepere was always a joy to have around. There never seemed to be a dull moment. He had a strong sense of humar, always had us laughing, weather he was telling us to get a hair cut or pretending to sing along and dance to a song. When ever his hair got long we would call him Furby, that name stuck. At every chance he got he would always be doing his favorite things, watching Bonanza, playing cards, cribbidge, and doing cross word puzzles and he loved when someone would join him. He would always remind us that someday he'll be joining Memere and now he finally is after waiting so many years. As much as we miss him we know this is where he wants to be.
As he would always tell everyone all the time whenever we would say bye,
See you in Church Pepere I love you and miss you much!

Pepere you were always a good man. We use to love having you around the house. You would wait for us to come home from school and we would put a smile on your face. We loved waking up to you doing cross word puzzles. Me and Haley liked to play bananagrams, scat and no one teaches us cribbage better than you. we will miss you and always love you. You will always have a place in our hearts.

Dear Pep,
It's hard for us to believe you are gone, you lived through so much, and were so strong (for all of us)!!!! I know Memere is happy to have her "SLIM" back. Tell her we love her and miss her greatly!!!
I don't know what it was, but everyone you came in contact with said what a great guy you were. Maybe your sense of loyalty, sense of humor, or the fact that you brightened up every room you walked into. You taught me alot growing up, you were like my father, and I will always love you for that!!! Even if you always ended winning our games of war, slap jack, and scat. lol Who else could have taught me the finer points of greyhound racing or playing the lottery numbers???? Davis St. will always be some of the best memories I have. Watching you come home from the work or the market, pulling your little cart.
Moving away and not being able to see the family was the single hardest thing I have ever had to do in my life, but you understood, and knew just how to make me laugh EVERYTIME I saw you!!! I am so glad I had a chance to see you Tuesday and give you a couple kisses goodbye. I wanted to be there for you, as you always were for me.
I know we will see each other again, It cannot come soon enough for me. Love You Always!!! p.s. - I hear Saint Peter is a Cardinals fan, so you should fit right in up in heaven.
My only hope is to one day be able to live up to the ideals you instilled in me, and make you the proudest Pepere ever.
Love Always and forever, Mike, Amy & Brayden

DEAR SLIM,
I REMEMBER DATING TOM AND YOU ALWAYS HAD A SMILE FOR ME; MY CHILDREN AND I ALWAYS FELT WELCOME. YOU AND YOUR FAMILY PLAYED CARDS ALOT, ESPECIALLY POKER, AND YOU ALL TRIED TO TEACH ME. YOU WERE PATIENT WITH ME,BUT I WASN'T VERY GOOD, YOU WOULD SHAKE YOUR HEAD AND SMILE. WHEN THE TWINS WERE BORN YOU HAD A BIG SMILE AS YOU HELD THEM AND YOU LOOKED LIKE A PROUD PEPERE. WE HAD MANY BIRTHDAY PARTIES AND COOKOUTS; YOU AND EDITH WERE ALWAYS THERE. I ENJOYED YOUR COMPANY SO MUCH THROUGH THE YEARS.
THESE LAST FEW MONTHS YOU'VE BECOME VERY DEAR TO ME. YOU'VE COME TO LIVE WITH US AND I TOLD YOU "ALL OF US GIRLS ARE GOING TO DRIVE YOU .NUTS!" AND YOU SMILED. YOU HAD A ROUTINE AND WE PRETTY MUCH TRIED TO FOLLOW IT. BINGO ON WEDNESDAYS, LINDA USUALLY TOOK YOU. FISH AND CHIPS ON FRIDAYS(I LOVED THAT DAY!) TWIN RIVER ON WEEKENDS USUALLY! YOU LOVED TO WATCH THE CATS, ESPECIALLY ALEX, AND MADE SURE THEY WERE IN AT NIGHT. YOU LOVED TO SIT ON THE FRONT PORCH AND ENJOYED THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND FRESH AIR.
NOW HERE I AM AND I MISS YOU TERRIBLY BUT I KNOW YOUR AT PEACE. I LOVE YOU VERY MUCH,
YOUR "FAVORITE" DAUGHTER IN LAW,
KELLIE

To Uncle Marcel - My Godfather
Time has a way of taking us on our own journey in life and as we get older and we see each other less and less. but
I will always remember the days me and my Mom would walk from Tiffany St. to visit you and Aunt Ella on Davis St.
I would watch you all play cards for hours and Ronnie and I would beg to play too.
When you see Aunt Ella please say hi to her for me. I love you Chickee

Hey Big Papa, for the little time I had to get to know you it was a blast, you always had a smile for us all, even if you couldn't remember all our names. And the biggest smile was either when Lisa was doing yardwork across the street ;) or when Tommy would tell you he was taking you to the river. Watching you play cards with Rebecca and Haley the smile in your eyes was overwhelming. You will always be in our thoughts and in our hearts. May you rest in peace.
