From the time I was little I always remember that Tom would make me laugh. He never missed an opportunity to tease me yet was always there to help. I could never understand why my Pinto would get tired on Smithfield Ave. and by the time he arrived he was able to start it. He sure had a way with cars!!
He walked me down the aisle, helped us remodel a bathroom, build a deck, and saved our Christmas Eve party by clearing the cesspool before 45 people arrived on Tucker St. WHAT A GUY!!
Our families grew together and we'll never forget all the cookouts, outings, and Holidays we shared. Where are the beans?
You must already be updating mom and dad about our families. The best decision you ever made was to marry Diane -the true love of your life. She is just amazing and we thank her for being part of our family. Together you raised two amazing children who will carry on your legacy.
I will always cherish your generous spirit. Thanks for sharing your life with us. You will be missed more than you will ever know. We love you and will always be there for Diane, Tom,and Cherie.
Your favorite sister & Tom

Diane and family,
I am sorry for your loss.Tom was a great guy I have only known him for a short time. When I think of Tom I see him walking the halls of 6 central with you Diane by his side. He always had a smile on his face even though he was'nt feeling so well and I would think what a kodak moment this is to see two people smiling even though they were going through a difficult time. God bless you and your family.

Sincerely,
Louise

Dear Father Bob,

I am so sorry to hear of your brother Tom's
passing. I didn't know him but wish I had after
reading what family members, co-workers and
friends have written about him. He certainly
was a wonderful brother, husband, father and
friend who bravely battled a long illness. He
now is at peace in the hands of the Lord with
both your mom and dad. May your many, warm
memories of him sustain you all.

Uncle Tom was always the life of the party. We always knew what was on his mind, and he always provided many hours of laughs – and good eats – for everyone. I always enjoyed the interaction he had with my Mom and Uncle Bob. I know they had a lot of great memories together. Uncle Tom helped me get a great deal on my first car. My buddies always said it was purple but we were convinced it was midnight blue!

I know Ali appreciates how you helped welcome her to the family. You won’t be forgotten and will truly be missed.

Aunt Diane, Cherie and Tommy,
As you guys already know, your father was a great man. What I remember most about him was that he always made us laugh (oh the stories he told), he could park a car where most wouldn't dare to try (he took tight parking spots as a personal challenge) and he was always there to help (even spending hours under my car to put on an exhaust set up after spending all day at work). These are just a few great characteristics of Uncle Tom.

Though his passing was too soon, knowing that there is as great a man up there looking out for all of us can only put a smile on my face.

Aunt Diane, Cherie and Tommy we are always here for you, as your husband/father will always be with you.
We love you.

Diane, Cherie & Tommy

You are in our thoughts and prayers. We will miss Tom dearly...21 years living next door to the family and Tom was always there. We too, will miss him and his helping hands, his sense of humor, the chit chat at the fence and the call "saying you have to come over and try this" or "hey we picked up this Fresh Loaf of Bread from the Bakery for you".
No matter what you were doing ~ you always had time to help a friend!
We are so blessed to have known Tom and do have so many wonderful memories and we are forever grateful for those memories.
Love

Dear Diane and family,
Please accept my deepest sympathy in the loss of your husband and father. Tom was a great guy indeed. He was one who like to tease and hame fun and make me laugh as he did I am sure for many people. I can remember when he was working at holy Spirit/ Notre Dame Cemetary and he would stop by the rectory, he would always make me smile or he would tease me. It was always so nice to see you and your family at mass at Notre Dame when fr. Bob was pastor. I have great memories of Tom. Be assured of my continued thought san prayers during this difficult time. I bet you he is teasing God right now and making him laugh. I love you Tom and say hello to your mom for me.E6PZ
