It has always been an honor to me able to call Julio my friend. He was such a good man. Honest, caring, respectful and a true gentleman. He would always light up when he saw me and my wife Damaris. He had a particular affection for my daughter Savannah who he covered during her many pageants. He will be truely missed by the Colon family.

My deepest sympathy go out to the Cortez family in your lost. Julio always made me smile and laugh when he would deliver my clothes to my shop. I will truly miss him and his smile. rest in peace Julio---you're an angel in heaven now.
