I am sorry for your loss. I never met Henry, but just from reading his page, he is such an inspiration. I work with kids everyday and Henry's story helps me to appreciate, support, and care for each of my students.

It is such a shame that such a caring, kind and all around wonderful kid had to suffer and be taken at such a young age. I guess we can only believe that god needed his presence to help others. Carolina, Alvin, Orlando, and Lourdes. I am deeply sorry about Henry. I didn't even know he was sick. I would have helped with the wonderful fundraising you guys did over the years. I worked at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Pawtucket for many years and took care of all your children. Especially Alvin and Henry. The two always had a smile on their faces!! And I would call the two of them..."Alvin and the Chimpmunks!" Alvin would get embarassed and Henry would just smile and laugh!!! I miss those days... he was such a wonderful child!! We don't know how to express the sorrow in our hearts or the pain we are feeling for my family members and all that knew my cousin. You all stood by my family in the recent passing of my father Antonio Da'Rosa. The pain and sorrow of losing a young child is unbearable but as your son said you now have an angel. His memory will last your lifetime along with everyone else he touched in some way. Although we are unable to be there today physically to stand by your side we are there with you in prayer, heart and soul. There is a saying Cheryl, my girl friend has remembered her whole life that she shared with me, "Only the good die young" Hold each other tight and keep that beautiful smile of his in your memory for his smile must of brightened up every place he was. Over the years the teachers and I who worked in our little annex fell in love with Henry. He became a bright, handsome, and talented young man.
