Thoughts and prayers continue with you all at this time and in the days to come. Charlie had a profound influence on my Dad by the calm yet focused way he lived, faithful to Our Father,
happy to have his family around him, yet able to laugh and relax with friends. Always approachable and kind.

The family mirrors many of his fine qualities
which is so good to see.

His faith in God's promises is what we will remember and we look forward to the realization
of it all with confidence and hope.

What I always loved about Charlie was every time you walked into the hall, he always greeted you with the biggest smile. He had a way of making you feel comfortable and he was always quick with a joke to make you feel at ease.

He will be truly missed. We know this is a difficult time for the family but what a great hope that we have to see him again, young and perfect.

Looking forward to seeing that smile and twinkle in his eye again.

We're so sorry for your terrible loss. We were shocked when we heard the news. Personally, I can say that I came to like Charlie very much in the time that I came to know him. It was inevitable, because to know him was to love him. We are very much looking forward to seeing him restored in the Paradise. In the meantime, please take some comfort in knowing that he has "fought the fine fight," and that he has "run the course to the finish."

My deepest sympathies to the family and friends of your beloved "Dad". Death is our ultimate enemy but our assurance of the resurrection allows us to smile at the memories we created with those we love the most. While he is now asleep, take comfort that he will soon be in your arms once again as Jah promises :-)

What a loss to many. Charlie was a pleasure to be around. It seems I always ran into him at the store, whether it be Stop & Shop or Target we always got a kick out of that. One afternoon he and Geri were at Target and here comes Charlie flying down the center aisle in a motorized cart. I said "Hey you tryin' to run me down"? We burst out laughing. We even had customers laughing right along with us. He will be sorely missed.

To the entire Arvanites/Kim clan, I was surprised and saddened to learn of Charlie's passing; from the first time I entered a Kingdom Hall door in 1972, the love and Christian warmth emanating from your entire family helped set me firmly on the road to life, and none more so than the head of the family. I know your loss is profound, but we all share his hope for the future. The question is not whether he will realize it--we know how he lived and died as a faithful man--but whether we will be there to greet him! May we all continue on the path Jesus set, and may we find comfort in knowing the truth always. With agape, philia and storge,

To all of the Arvanites & Kim family.
You are in our thoughts and prayers at this sad time.
We are so saddened to hear that Charlie is temporarily asleep for a short while.
To loose a loved one is so unnatural, because life and family are meant to be together forever.
We all look forward to the time when we will be reunited with all of our dear love ones.
Until then, may we continue to look to Jehovah for strength and guidance.

We fist met Charlie & Geri in 1953 when Charlie was our School Overseer. They were a joy to be around, always happy and up building.
Charlie always had a pat on your back and a Good word to say. Their fine example helped us to come into the truth. We look forward to seeing Charlie in the resurrection.
Much love and prayers,

Dale and I were saddened to hear about Charlie's death. He was a joy to be around - a student of the Bible and one who always had something lighthearted and humorous to say. His influence on his boys, especially Jimmy, had a memorable influence on me (Lou). On several occasions Jimmy accompanied me and some of the brothers on our hiking/backpacking trips in the White Mountains. Jimmy was very familiar with all of the trails there, sharing fond memories with us about the times he spent with his dad on their trips to the White Mountains. One story that was especially funny took place early one morning. It involved one of the boys and a juice bottle. You'll have to ask Jimmy about that one! It hurts to see our parent’s generation passing away. This system needs replacing - It eventually takes away everyone and everything you love. Our love and prayers are with the entire family. We miss all of you and think fondly of you often. What a wonderful safety net the resurrection hope is!

Still cannot accept his demise. When I think of patience, calmness, self-sacrificing love, and his ability to make others able to endure and/or cope with a negative situation, I think of my dear Charlie. I don't remember him EVER complaining about his own ailments; just taking care of everyone else. I will miss him sooo much. He was a true sweetheart and i will never forget him as long as i live. They don't make men like him anymore - for real. I can't wait to see him in paradise.

The world has lost a joyful heart and how much sadder it will be without her smile. Tara I send you my deepest wishes that you will heal from this loss and hope you are comforted by your wonderful memories. Until the new system when we see her again she will be in all our memories.
