When I read in today's paper of the passing of Kat it brought back a flood of memories. Wonderful memories of times long ago and the joy of growing up in Fairlawn. I always considered Kat a good friend and someone that I enjoyed running into from time to time. The laughs we enjoyed as kids are forever etched in my memory. To all who knew and loved Kat my deepest condolences. Now she's with Ray, and the rest of her loved ones who passed before her. Rest in Peace my dear friend suffer no more for you are now in the place we all hope to be someday.

For Liz, Tom and Ray. I'm sorry for your loss your mom was a great lady! She will be missed.
Once upon a time an angel held my hand,
She wiped away my tears and helped me understand.
Our time on earth is brief, there's lessons to be learned,
Each precious day God gives us another page is turned.
Every chapter full of memories, times of joy and tears,
Triumphs and defeats, through every passing year.
She loved us unconditional, always by our side,
When no one else would listen, in her we could confide.
With gentle words of wisdom she led us on our way,
Down the paths of righteousness if ever we did stray.
She saw the light in everyone and gave with no regrets,
Always from her heart let's us not forget.
Angels come in many forms, for me it is my mother,
With love I cannot say in words there'll never be another.
Every day I turn the page in my heart will ever remain,
Everything she taught me as I stroll down memory lane.
Thank you God for giving me the most priceless of all treasures,
Help my Lord to keep alive her memory here forever.
I pray that I can some day be everything she hoped I would,
That's she smiling down from heaven knowing she did good.
As we gather here today there's no ending to her story,
Another chapter has begun full of grace and glory.
Gods called her to his heavenly home, part of his great plan,
Although it may be hard, we all must understand.
Faith is what is hoped for, things we cannot see,
Heaven is promised to all of us if only we believe.

I would like to express my sincere condolences to the family and friends of Kathleen Zwolenski. The God of comfort reassures us that he is near to those broken at heart and crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We are thankful to know we will see our loved ones again on the earth because of the loving hope of the resurrection Jesus promised at John 5:28, 29.

I will always be envious of the love your parents shared in this life, Love like that is rare. They were true soulmates. Soulmates that are now together forever. Let that be your comfort now through the pain. Also find comfort in how much love your Mom had for her children, and why it was so hard to let go of this life. She will always have a special place in my heart.
