Very sad to hear about the passing of a lady I was fortunate enough to have known through working at the Providence PO for many years. Jazz always had a smile on her face and even if she got upset over something, it didn't last very long and she went back to her laughing, fun self. I spent most of my childhood with Jazz as a neighbour and dear friend to my small family on Cottage St. in Pawtucket.
A well-tempered and caring woman by any standards, she listened well and loved much, always there to help us whenever we found ourselves in need. This will forever live on in both her wonderfully good humored husband (Keith, you are a strong man and one of the most lovable gentle giants I've been fortunate to know) and in her children, Britney and Jordan, who I know will carry the torch of Jazz's good character.

Dear Jazz, I found that special Blue Mountain Arts card that was written just for YOU girlfriend! I hope you don't mind,but I would like to share some of the words,"I want you to know that you're & always will be ONE AMAZING LADY! You were so good to the people in your life. So considerate & caring. When you gave,it was easy to see that it came straight from your heart & it gave everyone around you the GIFT of a nicer world to live in...(God knows~the PO needs people like you). I loved how STRONG you were inside. I always saw that QUALITY SHINE in you,& it reassured me to know~even though you faced hardships & uncertainties just like many people do~there was always a way through~to BELIEVE & keep the FAITH...You're my reminder to be a little more brave, to not be so afraid, & to remember that things will turn out okay in the long run. Trust in the Lord. I loved the way you didn't let the crazy, difficult days get you down. You would just turn the music up & dance! Jazz, I always ADMIRED your ABILITY to put things in perspective. To LAUGH when you can. To CRY when you must. But always to TRY & make things better. Dear,Pena family so sorry to hear of the the passing of Jazz. She was a sweet person. My husband Michael and I were in the wedding party when she married my brother Bob. I recently found a picture of that,while looking at photos as I lost my husband Michael at the age of 53 in May 2013. So I know the pain of losing a loved one is so hard. I am sorry to read of the passing of your loved one. Words don't always ease the pain when you are grieving the death of a loved one, but I hope you will find comfort in Jesus' promise of the resurrection hope (John 5:28, 29) when he will raise up those who are now sleeping in death (John 11:11) restoring them back to life, on the renewed Paradise earth (Acts 24:15).
