To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children... To leave the world a better place... To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded. ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

These are the saddest times when we have lost a family member that we all love. When I think of Joe, I will think about the sweet mild mannered man who god has blessed with a wonderful life. In his 81 years he has experience a long loving relationship with his wife Shirley. He has been blessed with 5 wonderful children who have grown into adults that he was proud of, 11 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren that he loved dearly. He always gave love, received love and was never lonely during his lifetime. Joe is with the lord and other family members now smiling and watching over the family that he loves. He is at peace and my prayer is that Shirley, Brenda, Sharon, Barbara, Kenny and Lynne will find peace and be able to smile and remember what a wonderful life Joe had. God Bless!

Just a month and 2 days ago I posted my Dad's birthday pic of him and I for his 81st birthday..With a broken heart I am sorry to say my dad passed away early this morning after a grueling night. I loved and miss my dad with all my heart, and am just so sick about it. He was the most loving man and because of he and my mom( 59 years together last wednesday) I have a large loving family who has been and enormous love filled support system. I love you daddy ...rest peacefully until we all meet again....(Nothing will be the same ;( )

May the God of all comfort be with you during this difficult time, “while you throw all your anxiety upon him, because he cares for you.†1 Peter 5:7. Sincere condolences for your loss. I hope you will find some measure of comfort from the promise found at Isaiah 25:8 which reads He will actually swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will certainly wipe the tears from all faces. And the reproach of his people he will take away from all the earth, for Jehovah himself has spoken [it].
