Isaiah 57:1-2
Good people pass away; the godly often die before their time. But no one seems to care or wonder why. No one seems to understand that God is protecting them from the evil to come. For those who follow godly paths will rest in peace when they die.
My thoughts and prayers are with your mom and your family. I've never met her, but I'm so glad that she found the Lord at her worst times. We now know She's in a much better place now. Cherish the good memories, forget the worst. You have a beautiful angel watching over you now.

I am so sorry to hear of Irene's passing. She was my Mom Rita's companion for several years. She was just such a lovely, caring person. I enjoyed chatting with her when our paths would cross. When my Mom was in nursing home for a couple weeks, she was there and gave me some good advice. My Mom was so fortunate to have her. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

To the Dupre Family, I didn't know Irene personally, but I can see that she really cared a about people. I lost my father at the age of 74, He would be 82 this year. It was a difficult time for me, but what brought me comfort is what we read in the bible about death. It say's at Isaiah 25:8 That God (Jehovah) "will swallow up death forever" and will "Wipe the tears from all faces". And also a scripture of comfort is what Jesus himself said at John 5:28 29 He will "call all those in the memorial tombs out to a resurrection right here on earth. Please read these verses for yourself and find comfort in them as I have. Or visit JW.org and read more.

The death of a loved one is never easy to deal with. When we lose someone we love we are knocked off balance for a while, left with many emotions including anger, pain and denial; and we know that our lives will never be the same. Slowly we adjust and go on anyway without them. Love never dies, we just learn to live without our loved ones. May you find comfort in God’s promise of an earthly paradise (Revelation 21:3-5) where even death will no longer exist.
Sincere condolences for your loss.
