Russell was the proprietor of Turner Caulking and Restoration for many years. He is survived by his children, Charlene Gagnon, Bruce Lambert and Russell Turmel Jr, two sisters, Lorraine Hopkins and her husband Henry of Norwich, CT and Betty Brown and her husband John Brown Jr of Pawtucket, six grandchildren, Darrell, Richard, Amy, Bruce, Adrienne and Cheyenne, three great grandchildren, Aiden, Kaylee and Shea and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late David Turmel and Donald Turmel. Services per Russells’ wishes will be private.
