He was the son of the late Adelard and Yvette (Landry) Brunet.
Ray is also survived by two daughters, Ana Brunet and Yvette Brunet.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11am in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be private. Relatives and friends are invited and may visit starting at 9am.
