Born in Fogo, Cape Verde Island, a daughter of the late Pedro Goncalves and a daughter, Eugenia Alves.
She is survived by 6 sons, Alberto Vaz, Domingos Vaz, Bendavid Vaz, Olavo Vaz, Pedro Vaz, and Carlos Vaz, a daughter, Isabel Vaz, 31 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren a sister, Lidia Goncalves.
Her funeral will be held Saturday at 8:30am in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Anthony Church, Lawn Ave, Pawtucket
At 10am. Burial will be in Mt. St. Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket.
Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held Friday from 5 to 8pm.
