Born in Scotland, Joan was the daughter of the late Thomas and Agnes (Murdoch) Craig.
She had retired from Texas Instruments, and was very active at several area senior centers, enjoyed travel, swimming, playing cards, bowling and camping.
She is survived by three sons, Joseph Belanger and his wife Debbie, Thomas Belanger,
David Belanger and his wife Terri, three daughters, Jo-Ann St. Pierre, Diane Pratte and her husband Thomas, and Tracy Belanger, a brother, Thomas Craig and his wife Jean, ten grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many close friends. She was the sister of the late Norman and Joseph Craig,
Her funeral service will be held Friday at 10am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Thursday from 4 to 7pm. In lieu of flowers please donate to those in need.
