, 75, passed on December 30th surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Norberto M. Rita. They have been married for 52 years.
She had been employed by Hasbro Inc. for almost 25 years. Maria was an active volunteer at Sacred Heart Parish.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, Norberto S. Rita and Rui Rita, two daughters, Maria Ledoux and Jenny Green, seven grandchildren, Jennifer, Justin, Catrina, Stephanie, Devon, Andrew and Makenzie, a great granddaughter, Eva, nieces, Fatima Amado, Gil Avila and Lucy.
Her funeral will be held Saturday at 8:45am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Fatima Church, Fatima Dr, Cumberland at 10am. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held Friday from 5 to 8pm.
