"Mae" 86, passed on February 3rd surrounded by her loving family. Born in Brava, Cape Verde Island, she was a daughter of the late Laura Julia Martins.
She is survived by three daughters, Laura Martins, Helena Martins and Maria Ivonilde Martins, a son, Jacinto Martins, 27 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, February 9th at 10am in St. Anthony Church, Lawn Ave, Pawtucket. Burial will be in North Burial Ground, Providence. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held Sunday from 6 to 8pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln.
