89, passed away on December 13, 2015 at the Holiday Nursing Home after a long battle with Alzheimer's. She was born to Fred and Ethel Jackson and later made her home in Lincoln, Rhode Island. She was married to the late George Walker for 58 years. Jackie enjoyed her employment as a bookkeeper for several years at the Henry Gonsalves Company. After retiring, she was able to make time for things that made her happy as well as others. She made beautiful quilts for children who were in the hospital and mended all that came her way. She gave TLC to the orphaned animals that found their way home by one daughter with a compelling heart. Her passions included bird watching and feeding, peaceful visits to the beach and reading to her heart's desire. She leaves behind her children Joyce, Robin, James and William, five grandchildren, one great grandchild and dear friends. A private Memorial Service in her honor will be held at a later date.
