57, passed away suddenly but peacefully in her sleep on January 31st, 2016. She was the daughter of her late parents Arlene Ohlson and Norman Bessette. She was the beloved mother of Leo Laprade Jr., Angel Mendez, Brittney Fortier, and John Fortier Jr. Robin also leaves behind her siblings: Norman Bessette Jr., Hope Tencher, Arlene Laprade, Bonnie Lee Allen, Eric John Wagner, Vicki-Jo Neyland, Cherri Gillen, and Eleanor Bessette. In addition to her children and siblings, she is survived by many cousins and six grandchildren, Cheyenne, Skylar, Caydence, Starlynn, Leo Jr., and an unborn child who will never get to know the love of their grandmother. Anybody who was lucky enough to know Robin was aware of her huge heart and shining personality. One of her favorite joys in life was making others happy. She left a lasting impression on her family and friends. Robin will forever be in our hearts.
Calling hours will be held Saturday from 1 to 4pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be private.
