73, passed away on April 1, 2016. He was the beloved husband of the late Carol (Dufresne) Bessette. Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of the late Romeo and Bernadette (Gendron) Bessette.
Gerard is survived by 2 daughters, Tammy Marks and Jacqueline Pandolfi, both of Pawtucket; a brother, Roger Bessette of Central Falls; a sister, Claire Dulude of Connecticut; 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and friends. He was the brother of the late Roland and Romeo Bessette, Cecilia Chartier and Theresa Bessette.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, April 5th at 10 A.M. in St. John Paul II Parish, using St. Cecilia Church, 1253 Newport Ave., Pawtucket. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. Calling hours will be held Monday, April 4th in Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln, from 6 - 8 P.M.
