He was the son of the late Swindell Pemberton Sr. and Ernestine Pemberton of North Carolina.
He was a member of the Forrest City Lodge #180 in Ithaca, New York.
He also was a member of the Masons Society. Swindell was a Marine during the Vietnam Era. He gave his life to Christ on Resurrection Sunday. His passion was fishing, grilling and spending time with family and friends. Survived by his wife Juanita Pemberton of Plainville Massachusetts,

Vanessa Garnetto of Ithaca, NY, Jacob Mc Fadden(Sheili) Providence, RI, Monica Burke, Angela Edwards and Rayshawn Burke all of Springfield, MA. He was preceded in death by his son Yamar Prescott of Springfield, MA. He leave his siblings, Thomas Pemberton (Caroline), Larry Pemberton (Janice) Adell Wright(CerRonnie), Ann Gavin(Raymond), Sheila Morrisey (James) all of North Carolina. He was preceded in death by brothers Johnny Miller and Jimmy Manley of North Carolina.
Tucker left a slew of grand children, great -grand children, nephews & neices, and cousins and friends.
A Homegoing service will be held Wednesday, April 20th at 9am in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial with Military Honors will follow in the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 5 to 8pm.
