49, was called home by our Lord on May 14, 2016. Reina was born on November 21, 1966 in El Salvador. She was the daughter of Maria Amparo Granados and the Late Luis Alonso Velasquez. Pasita was an amazing woman with a great heart. She loved her family and friends. She was very much loved and will be forever remembered and honored. Pasita is survived by her husband Ruben Torres, and her children Josue N. Escobar, Jose M. Escobar, Gisselle Torres, and her Stepsons Nelson O. Lopez, Ruben A. Marquina, and the Late Jesse R. Lopez. Her Siblings, Maria C. Velasquez, Arminda Velasquez, Luis A. Velasquez, Noemi S. Lopez, and Elmer A. Velasquez. Her Grandchildren, Omar Lopez, Christopher Escobar, Jose R. Escobar, Camila Escobar, Angie Escobar, and Leeam Escobar and the Late Natalie Escobar. Her 12 Nieces and Nephews and 5 Great - Nephews.
Services will be Friday, May 20, 2016 from 5 - 8 p.m. in Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Higginson Avenue, Lincoln, RI 02860. Pasita will be traveling home to El Salvador for her burial.
