77, passed at home on May 29th with her loving daughters by her side. She was the wife of the late Charles W. Jones.
Born in Central Falls on July 4th, 1938 a daughter of the late Oscar and Germaine
(Corriveau) Demeule. She had been employed by Memorial Hospital for many years as a respiratory therapist. Rita was always a funny person, she would try to convince all that the 4th of July was actually a birthday celebration for her.
She is survived by two daughters, Brenda Weiss-Hudson and Donna Tattersall, two grandchildren, John and Christopher Weiss, 3 great grandchildren, 5 siblings, Jeannette Robillard, Estelle Lizotte, Eugene Demeule, Yvette Blanchette and Constance Parker and many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, June 6th at 10am in St. Jude Church, Front St, Lincoln. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket
