76, passed peacefully on June 23rd. Born in Terceira, Azores, son of the late Manuel M. Barcelos and Eleuteria Enes. He is survived by his devoted wife Connie (Mancebo) Barcelos. He is the father of Suzy (Barcelos) Winchester and late husband, Michael E. Winchester and Manuela Barcelos & grandson, Julian. He is also survived by his brothers, sisters, and in-laws, including Adelaide, Arlete, Egipcia, Filomena, Arcenio, Jose, Benjamin;the late Belmiro, Joao, Isaias, Jeremias, Maria de Fatima; and many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 10:30 am at Mary, Mother of Mankind Church, 25 Fourth St., North Providence. Calling hours will occur prior the mass at 8:00 am at Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Higginson, Ave., Lincoln,RI. Burial will be at Swan Point Cemetery, Providence.
