David is survived by a daughter, Mary Lou Lopez of Providence and a son, David Ortiz of Pawtucket, three grandchildren, Janieca Lavallee, Jeremy Lopez, Jervanni Lopez, his siblings, Gladys Lopez, Juan lopez Francisco "Cisco" Lopez, Susanna Carval Lopez, Nancy Lopez, Carmen Lopez and Edith Ramos. He was the grandfather of the late Yaliea Lopez.
Calling hours will be held Thursday, June 30th from 6 to 9 pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.
