55, of Washington St, died February 16th, 2010. He was the 30 year companion of Reba Ruffin.
Born in Central Falls, a son of the late John and Theresa (Vincelette) DeGrafft.
He had been employed at various racetracks on the east coast for over 30 years. He had also been employed at RIDCO Casting of Pawtucket for the past six years.
Besides Reba, he is survived by two step daughters, Nancy Ruffin of Pawtucket and Lydia Trojan of Lincoln, two step sons, Tommie and Derek Ruffin, both of Central Falls, seven grandchildren, six brothers, John DeGrafft of Virginia, Alan, David and Gary DeGrafft all of Pawtucket, Joseph Bentley of Chepachet, Raymond DeGrafft of Riverside, a sister, Nancy Illic of South Carolina and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Marie Papineau and Diane DeGrafft
Calling hours will be held Thursday from 6-8pm from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be private.
