46, passed away peacefully on January 30th. He was the son of Marie A. Fontaine and was a lifelong resident of Pawtucket.
David had been employed by Ocean State Job Lot and he also worked for K-Mart for a number of years.
David is survived by his sister Lisa M. Fontaine, his aunt Katherine R. Daniels, an uncle, Roland A. Daniels, a cousin, Dawn M. Daniels and many extended family members.
His love for the Boston Red Sox and the Miami Dolphins was incredible. He was probably Miami's number one fan!
David was known as "The Mayor of Carver Street" by helping each and everyone of his neighbors on a daily basis including stray cats. He had many friends and had a heart of gold. Everyone knew and loved him.
A memorial service will be held in David's honor on Saturday, February 4th at 1 p.m. at Bethany Baptist Church, 178 Sayles Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. Relatives and friends are invited.
