Diane was the daughter of the late Lucien and Florence (Ponton) Berthiaume.
She had been employed by Macy's for over 20 years. She and her husband were the former proprietors of Becky's Catering.
She is survived a daughter, Rebecca Martin and her husband Nicholas , two loving grandchildren, Ben and Sarah, a brother Paul Berthiaume, a sister, Susan Delisle and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Lucien and Raymond Berthiaume.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 8:45am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Teresa of the Child Jesus Church, 358 Newport Ave., Pawtucket at 10am. Burial will be in the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 5 to 8pm. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to Gabrielle Dinsmore Heart & Hope Fund, 845 Oaklawn Ave., Cranston, RI 02920.
