65, passed away on February 19, 2017. Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late John and Marie (Charette) Bell.
Stephen is survived by his sister, Nora Correia and her husband Joseph of Danby, VT; cousins, Dennis and Donna Bell of Rehoboth, MA; a niece, Heather Brueckner and nephews Joshua and Jay Correia. Services will be private.
