60, passed away on April 10, 2017. She was the beloved wife of Jose F. Varela. Born in Fogo, Cape Verde, she was a daughter of Lino Lobo and Joana Fonseca.
Besides her husband she is survived by her children, Antonio and Agnelo Varela, Idilia, Fatima and Mariazinha Fonseca, Manuela Barros, Eunice Varela; 17 grandchildren; and many brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 15th at 11 A.M. at Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln. Burial will follow in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence. Calling hours will be on Friday, April 14th from 5 - 8 P.M. Relatives and friends are invited.
