John Daniel Smith "JD", at 82 passed on Aug 18, 2017. He was the son of the late Daniel Smith, Dorothy (Cooley) Smith. He is survived by his son, Joseph foster Smith, (daughter in law) Chantee Smith, granddaughters, Joanne Foster, Sarne Bland and her husband Jermil Bland and Simone Figeria, and great grandchildren, Soleana Bland, Sequioa Jackson, Jairis Bland, his companion, Shirley Jemison. His wake will be held Saturday, August 26th at11AM in the Keefe Funeral Home. 5 Higginson Ave., Lincoln, R.I. Followed by a funeral service at 12PM. Burial will be private.
