76, of Cumberland, passed away peacefully on August 27th. She was the wife of the late Robert J. Degnan. She was born in Pawtucket to Normand and Jeannette (Moreau) Berube.
Denise was a college graduate and worked as an executive assistant for most of her career. She was a frequent traveler and an avid reader.
She is survived by her daughter, Kelley Paon and John of Cumberland; her sons Robert of North Providence, and Douglas and Amy of Lincoln; and her sister, Dianne Taylor of Lincoln. Denise was grandmother to Andrew, Jeremy, and the late Matthew Paon; Robert and Alyssa Degnan; and Ryan, Lauren, Sara, and Kevin Degnan.
Arrangements were made by Keefe Funeral Home with a private burial on August 31st at Notre Dame Cemetery in Pawtucket.
