Born in Providence, a son of Therese (Cote) Berthiaume of Central Falls and the late Robert F. Berthiaume.
Peter resided and graduated from Cumberland High School in 1974, he then lived many years in Woonsocket.
He had been employed by P&C Quality Screw Products of Esmond, RI for 33 years.
He is survived by a son, Eric R. Berthiaume of North Providence and a daughter, Rebecca L. Varrecchione of Warwick, five siblings, Norman Berthiaume of Coventry, Janet Kuritz of Spring Hill,FL, Roberta Burns of Cumberland, Ann Blackmar of Warwick, Robert Berthiaume of Gloucester, two grandchildren, Isabella and Emma Varrecchione and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Friday at 10am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln,. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends are invited, calling hours Thursday 4-7pm.
