Born in Sao Nicolau, Cape Verde, a daughter of the late Antonio Francisco Silva and Filipa dos Santos.
She is survived by six daughters, Rosa DaCruz and her husband Domingos DaCruz, Manuela Duarte, Vicencia Duarte, Maria Auxiliadora Duarte, Felisberta Duarte and Antonia Duarte, three siblings, Porferia Silva, Vicencia Silva and Francisco Silva, 19 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Antonio Ascencao and Maria DosSantos.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday, November 15th at 8:30am in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Name of Jesus Church, Camp Street at 10am. Burial will be in North Burial Ground, Providence, Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 4pm to 7pm.
