Born in North Providence, RI Dorothy was the daughter to the late Izidro and Henriqueta (Silva) de Arruda and was one of eight children. Wife to the late Joseph P. Haddad as they shared in 61 years of marriage. She is mother to the late Karl Haddad, Joanne Parker, Mark Haddad and late Paul Haddad. She also leaves seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren in addition to many nieces and nephews. Dorothy will forever be remembered for her famous cooking, storytelling and most of all the love and devotion she had for all her family.
A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 10am at St. Basil the Great Church in 15 Skyview Dr, Lincoln, RI. Burial will be private.
