93, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on April 28, 2018. She was the wife of the late Antonio Goncalves. Born in Brava, Cape Verde she was a daughter of the late Joao J. and Ana (Cipriano) Pires.
She is survived by her loving son, Manuel Goncalves Sr. and his wife Ann, three grandchildren, Stacey Johnston, Ann Marie Viera, Manuel Goncalves Jr.; 7 great grandchildren; 5 nephews and many cousins and friends.
Her funeral will be held on Thursday, May 3rd at 8:30am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Saint John Paul II Parish (formerly St. Cecilia Church) 1253 Newport Ave, Pawtucket. Burial will follow in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence. Calling hours will be on Wednesday from 5 - 8pm. Relatives and friends are invited.
