80, passed away peacefully in Providence on August 3rd surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Loureno Andrade. Born in Fogo, Cape Verde she was a daughter of the late Porcopio and Emriqueta Lopes.
She is survived by her children, Maria DaVeiga, Joao Lopes, Ana Mendes, Manuel Andrade, ILoisa Dos Anjos, Eunice Andrade, Mariazinha Cardoso, a brother, Nelinho Lopes†19 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Adilson Andrade and sister of the late Pedro, Lourens, Joao, Djoca, Domingos, Pedrinho, Pikena, Vitalina, Nhanha, Noquinha and Maria.
Her funeral will be held on Monday, August 6th at 8:30am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St Anthony Church, Lawn Ave., Pawtucket. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 5 - 8pm. Relatives and friends are invited.
