Iva M. Gomes, 85, of Pawtucket, passed peacefully on February 6th. She was the wife of the late Napoleon Gomes.
She is survived by her children, Isilda Garcia of Angola, Carlota Lima, Maria Lima, Aguinaldo Dossantos, Autilio Da Graça, all of America, Henrique Lima and Pedro Dossantos of Cabo Verde; siblings, Artur Vieira of Brazil, Joao Vieira and Sara, both of America; 29 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and many great-great-grandchildren.
Her funeral will begin on Friday, February 15th at 9:00am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln, followed by a funeral service at 10:00am. Burial will follow in North Burial Ground, Providence. Calling hours will be held Thursday from 5 - 8pm. Relatives and friends are invited.
