Troy Caffey Johnson Sr. aka "Diamond J" passed away unexpectedly on February 27th 2019. He was born November 4, 1970 in Providence, R.I.
Troy is survived by his loving mother Sandra Johnson of San Diego CA and the late Walter Floyd Caffey Jr. sons, Troy Johnson Jr., Jermaine Williams, Mark Williams and the late Troy Dee, Daughters Tanya Williams, and Danyiel Young, nine Grandchildren and long time Devoted companion Tanya Williams. Brothers, Walter Floyd Caffey III (Susan) of Connecticut, Mark “Tony†Gibbs (Dawn) of Georgia, Kevin “Gibbs†Simon (Lillian) of California, Sisters Andrea Zanfagna (Ralph) of Texas, and Tamiko Caffey of Maryland, and a Loving Step mother, Gloria Caffey of Georgia. He also leaves behind loving Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of long time friends.
He had been employed by the Property Management Advisory Group of RI for fifteen years, and he was the owner of T.J Pest Control.
He was a “Gentle Giant†with a kind heart, and fishing was one of his favorite pastimes.
Troy accepted Jesus Christ in August 2017 in San Diego, California with Bishop A.B. Vines of New Season Church, San Diego.
He was a loving and devoted father, son, nephew, cousin, and friend to all.
We will all miss Troy Dearly.
Visitation will be held Thursday, March 7th from 4pm until 7pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln, RI. Service to be held at 6:30pm.
