Eugene (Gene) J. Aguiar, 70, of Pawtucket, passed away unexpectedly surrounded by his loving family and friends on Friday, April 19th, 2019 at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Barbara "Barbie" (Fox) Aguiar for 53 years. Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of the late Joseph C. and Theresa (Quaglia) Aguiar.
Gene was an avid motorcyclist, the Founder and President of Immortal's MC Rhode Island. His greatest joy was spending time with family and friends, he had a heart of gold and will be missed dearly.
Besides his wife he is survived by his daughter, Lisa Silva and husband John, son Eugene (Skip) Aguiar and wife Lisa, daughter Kelly Marshall and husband Richard; 5 grandchildren, Tailor, Richie, Matthew, Gina, Chloe; a great-grandson, Colton (Bubba); a brother, Joseph Aguiar and wife Jackie; and several nieces and nephews.
His funeral will begin at 8:30a.m. on Monday, April 29th from Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln, RI followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00a.m. in St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Church, 18 Baltic Street, South Attleboro, MA. Interment will follow in Mt. St. Mary Cemetery, Prospect St., Pawtucket, RI. Calling hours will be Sunday, April 28th from 5:00 - 8:00p.m.
