Aldair Pires Da Luz, 24, passed away on May 18, 2019 after an extended illness. Aldair is survived by his loving mother, Amelia Jesus Santos Pires and brother, Alirio Jorge Pires Da Luz of Santo Antao, Cape Verde. He was preceded in death by his father, Bento Da Luz. He will be missed by his extended family and friends throughout the Unites States, Europe and Cape Verde Islands.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday May 28, 2019 from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Family and friends are invited to reunite at the Keefe Funeral Home at 8:30 AM on Wednesday May 29, 2019 to pay final respect and participate in a procession to the church for a 10:00 AM Christian Memorial Service at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church at 291 High Street, Pawtucket, RI. At the conclusion of the mass, burial services will be immediately held at North Burial Ground Cemetery located in Providence, RI. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to the Keefe Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses c/o: Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Higginson Avenue, Lincoln, RI 02865.
