Adrian J. Shepard, 34, of East Providence passed unexpectedly on August 19, 2019 in Providence. Born in Providence, RI he was a son of Pamela L. and Daryl Fields and the late Thebese Rankin.
He had been employed as a driver for the Longshoreman union.
Adrian enjoyed playing baseball, basketball and football and loved music, especially his favorite rapper, Lil Wayne.
Besides his mom and dad, he is survived by his children, J-Kwon Vanover, Adrian J. Shepard Jr., Kingston S. Sharkey and stepson, Jayon Monroe; 3 siblings, Brytanie S. Gumpton, Destiny L. Shepard, Thebese Rankin Jr, Daryl J. M. Shepard; 3 step-sisters, Tashawna, Chanell and Tiara Harrison; maternal grandparents, Sharon L. Shepard and Raymond J. Shepard; an aunt, Tracy L. Dawson; a niece, Adrianna Kachoro; 2 nephews, David Gobin and Raymond Cheeks; and a host of other family and friends. He was predeceased by his great grandmother Alfreda Campbell.
Relatives and friends are invited to visitation on Monday, August 26th from 9:00 - 11:00am at the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln, followed by a service at 11:00am.
